Becoming an Oakley Transport Driver

Our base requirements for drivers are a valid CDL-A with at least one year of tractor-trailer experience and a clean record for the prior two years. Additionally, having tanker and hazmat endorsements for tanker positions or dry bulk experience for dry bulk positions will put drivers with the basic requirements at the head of the pack.

Of course, Oakley wants experienced safe drivers, but only if everything is a good fit all around. We want to make sure the driver is a good fit for us, but we also want to make sure we’re the right fit for a driver.
