JOIN THE FAMILY

To become a driving professional at Oakley, you will need:
​

• All Drivers (Tanker, Dry Bulk, Dry Van/Reefer):
  • Minimum of 22 years old
  • Safe Driving Record 
  • One (1) year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience within the last three years
• Tanker & Dry Bulk Drivers:
  • All potential drivers must be willing to obtain Tanker. No previous tanker experience is required.
  • Tanker drivers will need to obtain Hazmat within 90 days of employment. Oakley supplies in-house tutoring, documentation, coaching making for an extremely high success rate.

Better Equipment

Our fleet tractors are all Volvos, predominantly 2019 (and newer) Volvo tractors, direct from the Volvo factory and customized for the unique tasks of each division. In Lake Wales, Florida, we operate a full-service tractor and trailer repair facility to keep our fleet in top shape. Our state-of-the-art tractor repair facility has over 20 well-trained and qualified technicians to handle all maintenance. We take great pride in performing early preventative maintenance on all of the tractors; keeping the wheels rolling is what keeps drivers paid.
