BREAKDOWNThe Oakley Transport breakdown department monitors the computer and phone lines for incoming communications concerning vehicle repairs and arrange repairs. They accept incoming estimates and invoices; process invoices and issue payments and perform various clerical duties related to the Maintenance Department.
OPERATIONSThe operations department is responsible for building positive relationships between drivers, customers, and the company while managing key aspects of productivity and profitability. They are accountable for ensuring safe standards of operation while meeting all customer requirements. They coach and mentor daily while creating a driver successful experience.

ACCOUNTINGThe accounting department is responsible for a large number of administrative functions. Positions within this department are responsible for driver payroll, reviewing invoices for completeness and accuracy prior to processing, processing payments of invoices, travel expenses, terminal expenses, tank washes, wires and various other accounting services.
SAFETYThe Oakley Transport safety department plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations. The department maintains oversight of regulatory compliance status.
