SAFE PERFORMANCEDriver receives (1) ticket for each month in 2019 that the driver receives $.03 cents from Safe Driving Performance Program.
Driver receives (2) tickets for each month in 2019 that the driver receives $.05 cents from Safe Driving Performance Program. Driver receives (1) ticket for each quarter in 2019 that the driver receives the Quarterly Safe Performance Incentive Award. |
LENGTH OF SERVICEDriver receives (2) tickets for every full year of employment.
Driver receives (1) ticket for each month in 2019 the driver was available for dispatch. |
THE FINE PRINTAny driver involved in a preventable DOT reportable accident in 2019 will lose eligibility.
